During the one o’clock hour today I turned these items of produce into some of the most yummy salsa ever. My hubby is not a fan of tomatoes, so most salsas are out in his book, except for the plain ole jar Pace… yuck, and this one! I am a lover of spicy Mexican food and so a good salsa can become multiple meals for me. Salsa and a bag of chips and I am good for a while. If you are interested in a yummy salsa recipe try this one… Tomatillo Salsa Verde. I will admit that I have made this recipe so much that I do not even look at the recipe any more. I usually just throw in a little of this and a little of that and I adjust it as needed by tasting.
