I have had my suspicions about one of our chickens being a rooster but until it crows or lays I will keep it. The one thing about getting day old is you never really know whether they are male or female. Yes, they sex them but even then there are no guarantees and that is a little frustrating to me. So for now we still have six chickens, which for the record is the longest that we have had more than two! We may actually get to the laying stage with all of the too, one can only hope!
