I am always on the search for a good chocolate chip cookie recipe. Hubby is a sweets kind of guy. His side of the bed is often littered with candy wrappers and crumbs. I on the other hand could take or leave sweets… but have a bowl of salsa and chips sitting out and watch out! Any way I digress… I often pin various recipes to try and this was one that I found a while back but never tried. I got myself hooked on pudding cookies for a while and was just making those. I thought I would try another recipe yesterday so I made up the batter and then placed it in the fridge covered for 22 hours and then baked them up tonight. They are mighty delicious if I do say so myself! I used Sally’s Baking Addiction recipe and I cooked my cookies for 9 minutes, even at the high altitude I did not have to make any adjustments to her ingredients. So if you need a new recipe, give these a try, you will not be disappointed!
