Like I said last year was the year that I read a bunch of books… One of them being One Thousand Gifts, by Ann Voskamp. While I realize that I am really slow at getting to the “it” books, cause I think that this was a big title oh about four years ago. Reading it I was encouraged by her changed perspective and I found myself making lots of dog ears… one of them was this saying – “How we behold depends on how we hold joy.” I have spent a lot of time thinking through the words of that saying and I love the shift in perspective that is offers.
